We have worked with Susan over the last 8 years. She has sold our original home and helped us purchase the next home. She graciously helped us with a for sale by owner we found to make sure we understood what we were signing. She was always available at any point in time, her communication skills are impeccable. We could not imagine working with anybody else. Would recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a home. She's not just a realtor she has actually become a real friend to our family.

"Susan went above and beyond my expectations. When I first spoke with her on the phone she was very personable and funny. I could not believe that she was so giving with her time during and after the process. She took care of me and all my needs and made sure I was informed throughout. Even after my home closed she was available, I had a mysterious leak in my guest bedroom and could not figure out where it was coming from. She came over with her husband and they found out that my handyman that installed my washing machine did not tighten the hoses so there was water coming from the lines. They spent their time discovering where it was and fixing it. I could not be more thankful and I would recommend her to anybody that is looking for an agent and a friend. She's still continually checks on me as she knows I'm a recent widow. I could not be more grateful."
