I am at a loss to describe how happy I am with my experience from start to finish with Susan Wood. She was very communicative, always followed through and backed up her suggestions with data. I appreciated she did not give me a slimy sales pitch but an honest assessment of the house with a plan to get it sold. I know some agents will tell you anything to get you to sign with them. As I do not live in Longview, I still felt at ease knowing she was always on top of everything. When, for another property, I needed multiple other vendors like a plumber, roofer etc., her recommendations were outstanding. She has clearly invested time in building a business based on integrity and excellence. Susan also made the selling experience enjoyable even though we were selling during a challenging market. I recommend Susan wholeheartedly if you want your property to sell!

"Susan went above and beyond my expectations. When I first spoke with her on the phone she was very personable and funny. I could not believe that she was so giving with her time during and after the process. She took care of me and all my needs and made sure I was informed throughout. Even after my home closed she was available, I had a mysterious leak in my guest bedroom and could not figure out where it was coming from. She came over with her husband and they found out that my handyman that installed my washing machine did not tighten the hoses so there was water coming from the lines. They spent their time discovering where it was and fixing it. I could not be more thankful and I would recommend her to anybody that is looking for an agent and a friend. She's still continually checks on me as she knows I'm a recent widow. I could not be more grateful."
