"Susan went above and beyond my expectations. When I first spoke with her on the phone she was very personable and funny. I could not believe that she was so giving with her time during and after the process. She took care of me and all my needs and made sure I was informed throughout. Even after my home closed she was available, I had a mysterious leak in my guest bedroom and could not figure out where it was coming from. She came over with her husband and they found out that my handyman that installed my washing machine did not tighten the hoses so there was water coming from the lines. They spent their time discovering where it was and fixing it. I could not be more thankful and I would recommend her to anybody that is looking for an agent and a friend.
